Mussoergo currently delivers ordersonly within Thailand. We do not offer shipping services to other countries or regions. Additionally, we cannot deliver toP.O. Boxes or APO addressesunless they are linked to a valid street address, as our ground delivery service requires a physical street address.

All products are shipped via local Thai courier companies. Standard order processing takes up to 2 business day, and package delivery typically requires 2–15 business days, depending on your location.

Once your tracking number is generated, it will appear under your order details when you log into your account on our website. Click the "My Orders" tab to view all your orders and track shipping progress, including estimated delivery times.

All Mussoergo chairs are shipped in their original packaging boxes directly from the manufacturer to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. If your product is damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at support@mussoergo.com, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
