1. Product Return/Exchange Conditions

  • When receiving the package, please record a video while unboxing the product. Inspect the condition of the packaging box and the product without editing the footage, then notify the company within 7 days from the date of receipt.
  • Replacement or return is allowed within 7 days of receiving the product if it is damaged during manufacturing or if you received the wrong color, model, or size.
  • The product, packaging, labels, manuals, and additional accessories must be undamaged, unused, unassembled, and free of defects or missing parts.
  • Promotional items (e.g., free gifts, exchange products, or bundled purchases) must be returned together with the main product.
  • Return shipping fees, installation fees, and other service charges are non-refundable.
  • The company reserves the right to evaluate return requests based on specified conditions. The company’s decision is final.

2. Warranty Conditions

Gaming chairs and ergonomic chairs are covered by a maximum warranty period of 2 years, depending on the model (calculated from the date of receipt).

The warranty does NOT cover:

  • Texture, foam, zippers, or elasticity of gaming/ergonomic chairs.
  • Damage from misuse, accidents, natural disasters, scratches, impacts, or daily wear and tear.
  • Abnormal use resulting in cracks, swelling, breaks, bending, dents, warping, or punctures.
  • Damage from improper cleaning, aging, mold, rust, stains, or harm caused by animals/insects.
  • Tampered, altered, or repaired products.

3. Product Claim Notification Process

Report issues via the following channels and provide receipts, proof of purchase, and the product serial number:

3.1 Warranty Repairs
For damaged products under warranty, the company will replace components based on the severity of the issue.

3.2 Service Costs

  • Customers bear return/exchange shipping costs.
  • Additional fees may apply for repairs or replacements of non-warranty parts.
  • Warranty excludes repair service fees, transportation, handling, or on-site service travel expenses.

Note

  • If identical replacement materials/parts are unavailable during repairs, the company may substitute components of equal performance and standards.
  • The company reserves the right to determine repair/replacement methods. No refunds will be issued. For bundled products, only defective parts will be replaced.
  • Warranty periods for repaired/replaced products are not extended and remain effective from the original delivery date.
  • The company may void the warranty if damage is caused by factors unrelated to manufacturing defects (e.g., misuse).
  • The company’s judgment on warranty eligibility is final.
  • Warranty applies only to products located in Thailand.
